Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, email us at office@parts4444.pl with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw. We will confirm and send you instructions.

Return address: Parts 4444 Sp. z o.o., Kasprzykiewicza 8, 05-200 Leśniakowizna, Poland. Please include your order number in the parcel.

Conditions for returns

• Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• The item should be unused and not installed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging where applicable.
• We may reduce the refund by the amount of any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the item — for example, installing, connecting or programming electrical or electronic parts such as control units, sensors and modules.

Return costs

You bear the cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item or our error. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you have sent it back. Any extra cost resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard one is not refunded. Refunds are paid to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the product, the damage and the packaging. If a parcel or pallet is visibly damaged, ask the courier to complete a damage report at delivery. After reviewing the claim we will offer a replacement, a full refund or another suitable solution. This does not limit your statutory rights, including rights under the statutory warranty for lack of conformity of the goods under applicable law.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered the fulfilment process. After that, please use the right of withdrawal described above or contact us.

Compatibility

Please check that the part fits your vehicle (make, model, year, engine, OEM and reference numbers) before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Returns by business customers are handled case by case.
