Scope

These Terms govern your use of the website and your orders. By using the website or placing an order you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Payments Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Products and compatibility

We sell car parts, many of them used. The condition of each part is described on its product page, and used parts may show signs of previous use. We take care that descriptions, photos, specifications and compatibility information are accurate, but errors can occur and we may correct them. Before ordering, please check that the part fits your vehicle (make, model, year, engine, OEM and reference numbers) and contact us if you are unsure.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm it. The automatic email you receive after ordering only confirms that we received the order. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as availability, payment problems, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Payment methods and processing are described in our Payments Policy.

Delivery

Delivery methods, times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Please give us a complete and correct delivery address; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Withdrawal, returns and complaints

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Your statutory rights for goods that are not in conformity with the contract remain unaffected. Complaints can be sent to office@parts4444.pl; we will reply within 14 days.

Accounts and customer content

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. If you submit a review or comment, it must be lawful and not misleading, and you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the website.

Intellectual property

The website's content, including texts, images, logos and design, belongs to Parts4444 or its licensors and is protected by law. Using it without permission is not allowed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies to orders placed after it is published on this page.
