30-day functional warranty

Every part we sell is checked before dispatch. We give a 30-day warranty on the functionality of the part, counted from the day you receive it.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers cases when the part does not work as it should, or does not match its description on the product page (for example, a fault that was not described). If the claim is accepted, we offer a replacement with an identical part or a full refund.

What the warranty does not cover

• damage caused by incorrect installation, connection or programming of the part;
• normal wear and tear, and damage from accidents, misuse or modifications;
• parts that do not fit your vehicle because compatibility was not checked before ordering (these are handled under the right of withdrawal, see our Refund Policy);
• marks of use that are normal for used parts and are visible in the photos or described on the product page.

How to make a claim

Email office@parts4444.pl or call +48 459 567 444 within 30 days of delivery. Please send your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos or a video. Please do not install a part that you suspect is faulty. We reply as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day.

Return shipping and refund

If the claim is accepted, we cover the cost of returning the part and of sending the replacement. A refund is paid to the original payment method within 14 days.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the statutory warranty for lack of conformity of the goods, and does not limit them.
