How quickly is an order processed?

We process orders within 1 hour from the moment of payment. If the item is not available in stock, we immediately call you and issue a full refund on the same day.

What car parts do you sell?

We specialize in original used parts for Japanese, Korean, and American cars. We have been operating since 1996, so we understand what quality and warranty mean.

How is delivery carried out?

We ship goods via trusted courier companies: DPD, InPost Courier, DHL, Polish Post. After dispatch, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. Delivery to InPost parcel lockers as well as DPD and Polish Post pickup points is available. We ship the same day for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

What if the ordered part is not in stock?

We will contact you immediately by phone, inform you about the lack of stock, and refund your money to your card on the same day. Without any delays.

Do you provide a warranty on parts?

Yes. All parts are checked before shipping. Our quality warranty has been in place since 1996 — it is the foundation of our business.

Can I return the part?

Yes. If the part does not fit or has a defect, please contact us by phone. We will discuss a return or replacement. For detailed conditions, please consult our advisor.
